You can sign up for ISALDA Newsletter at the bottom right of every page. You will receive periodic updates of new styles, events and press release. You can unsubscribe at any time by selecting “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any newsletter.

ORDER

All ISALDA leather goods are made in Spain following your exclusive pre-order by artisans with centuries-old tradition. Manufacture each item take between 10 and 15 days. Once order is ready we will contact you to give you shipping information.

DELIVERY TIME

We use a courier to send our products. Estimated delivery time:

  • 1 – 3 days for Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal.
  • 2 – 5 days for Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands.
  • 3 – 6 days for rest Europe.

* Shipping to Canary Islands does not include customs and DUA procedures.

Orders are prepared at the time that manufacture has been finished and at the following times:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 h CET. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

GURANTEE

All ISALDA leather goods are made in Spain by artisans with centuries-old tradition. Your satisfaction is of great value to us and we will repair any and all manufacturing defects in as timely a period as possible. Our leather products are made with natural leather. This means each skin is unique in its own specific coloring, markings, and striations, and the surface is susceptible to scratching. Variations in surface and scratching are not viewed as defects.

RETURN POLICY

Please contact ISALDA before returning any items at info@isaldashop.com. We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 14 calendar days of purchase. All returns must include original packaging: any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other packaging materials.
 Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes paid to clear customs cannot be refunded by ISALDA.

GUIDE OF CARE

To maintain and conserve your ISALDA item in its best condition, avoid prolonged and direct exposure to sources of light and heat. We recommend storing the product in its original packaging. Avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes or cosmetics. If your ISALDA item gets wet, remove any excess moisture without rubbing, dab with a soft cloth and let dry at room temperature.
